Since I am a new experienced climber and have yet to learn the basics of breathing, thinking and acting in an enviroment where I am not used to.
With that said, I welcome all the tips and ideas of how to prepare myself as well as different exercises in order to improve my chances.
Endurance and stamina exercises, physical and building once as well as basic tips of what to think of - remember, I am new at this, so even the most common sence suggestions might be a huge surprise for me!
