Personal best! Four Fives & Four!

I can't walk..I can't talk (I know, big relief for you guys, right?), tho what I do use my last strength to do is to let you guys know that my new program; ''Four Five's & Four'', just started with great result.

For you guys that doesn't know what that is, let me give you all a small explanation;

The first ''Four'' is suppose to be representing the first Five, then there's a second Five, a third Five and a fourth Five, did you get it? Well let me narrow it down.

In the program there are four different fives, the first five is representing the ''Incline'' the % that I am walking upwards, the second Five stands for the km/h that I am walking, the third Five stands for the Kilos that I am packing my backpack with and the last Five stands for how many times I multiply that five with. So I am walking at a Five % incline, in the speed of 5 Km/h and having 5x5 kilos in my backpack when I am doing it (25kilos).

And the last 4 stands for when I am going to do this work out, so once a month.

There you have it! the ''Four Fives & Four'' program, I welcome everyone to try it! It's pretty intense, specially when you don't have proper shoes.

I want to give a big thanks to my coach for helping me out by pushing me and other things during this climb and personal record that I made!

And yes, for my Avatar friends, this one is partly for you, representing and showing off my love for the new season (that is why I am watching Avatar at the computer, inside stuff!).

Now, I am going back home  to eat, relax and to get ready for work!
