Every day..

Hey you all!

So it's been a few days now where I have done some really good progress, not only by pushing myself at the mental level, but I sure gave my body a run for it's money as well.

After the long distance-treadmill-super-mega-ultra-walk last week, I got the know (as I've been telling you) how valid the different vary of environment is crucial for a good all around progress..okay..I didn't - but now you know!

So I decided to start join Samuel on his morning Cardio starting at 05.30 every morning and it will end during 07.00. So in order to get ready for this I have to wake up around 04 am every morning - due to this, you guess it, there are no more late nights watching cats on Youtube (which is like 75% of who I am) in order to have the proper strenght in order to focus during these early mornings.

I have decided to vary my walks and not only do the treadmill once but also do some biking and walking outside to make sure that I will get as good all around exercises as possible..after all..Olympus will not take place in a gym!

So yesterday I woke up at 04 as I told you and went out with Samule, we had a decent speed and reached about 1Km under 10 min (which is not slow neither super fast, but a decent walk), after that we went back to the gym and did the weight lifting.

I meet up with an other friend of mine who asked me if I wanted to join him for a walk as well at night ...and who would I be if I turned down an offer like that, right!?! (probably some poor loser that makes up lame excuses..which I am not!)

So what was said to be roughly a 2 hours walk turned out to be close to 3! And I did not get in bed until 01, and then you guys might be thinking..''oh well since you got back at 1 I bet you did not join Samuel for the morning walk..''..

Guys, really? You should know me better by now, but I did however sleep in..til 04.30..

But I did it, and not only that, after the walk I went back home, got about 2 hours of sleep when back down to the gym and did a new Personal Best in Deadlifts and reached a totall weight of 140Kilos - BHAM - NO EXCUSES!

I also want to thank all of you for the wishes (yes it is my birthday today - *hear both cheers and deep depressing breathing in the background), it meant alot for me and I just want to say that I am truly thankful for what I've been giving!

Now, I am off for a nice dinner with me folks and after that it's straight to be before it's up again at 04 - cheers to all of you guys, all the best!

Work hard - no excuses!
