Hey you guys!
So I instead of just giving you some sad old story about what's up, like I have been doing. I thought that I would actually give you guys some real stats about how my progress towards Olympus is going, so here we go!
Walking: My walking has improved in distance tho declined in weights carried, since it hurts to much wearing a non suitable backpack on my back, but I am still wearing a chest piece with about 14 Kilos (So it's stillsomething..for now). So a 30Kilo weight west has been ordered and is being shipped at this moment which will be added to the new improved 1.5 hour walk.
Back: Now this is the muscle that I must say that I am most proud of! Since it has been such a pain not being able to progress as much as I wanted to back in the past, I am now able to lift...alot (well atleast what I think is alot..for now). I did not only progress from my 120Kilos in ''Dealift'' which was my personal best about 2 weeks ago. But today I lifted 160Kilos. Simple math you might say that I lift an extra 20Kilos/Week!
Arms: Sadly this might be the areas where I slack the most, my biceps as well as my biceps are still on the same level as when I started, perhaps a small increase but barely noticable and worth mentioning (since arms might be the least prioritized muscle that I need to work on for this project I have chosed to have them as last priority).
Stomach: My stomach has improved in strenght, but not in looks. My core is improving in strenght thanks to the focus that I've put in to my back which allows me to do the extra abs workout that I want!
Legs: Now since I've improved not only the distance but the duration as well, I am happy to say that my legs are improving. And they are not only lasting for a longer amount of workout but they are becoming stronger aswell. Not to the same extend as my back, but it's pushing towards the right direction.
Shoulders: Also one of the muscles and together with my chest workout still has yet alot to be improved before I am ready to take on any mountain. Even tho chest will only get as valid and good and will help me carry the backpack if, and only if, my upperback is as equal (if not) strong (stronger).
So there you have it guys, how much workouts and progress is going! All the support and love that I recieved from all of you people reading this, commenting me on and off the gym really means alot.
Specially since this week has truly been hell, I was close to tears earlier this week. I could not picture myself being as tired as I was then and it has been tought - but as one of my more inspirational people say (Eric Thomas).
