Hey guys!
As you know guys it's October!..I mean ofc you know, you're not stupid, right?
And that means a new long distance walk! Now, if you've been keeping up with my updates you would know that I've been injured. Yes, my knee has not been that good for the past week and I've been a bit worried that it would keep me from walking - luckily that's not the case.
I feel alot stronger and except from being super tired I am now more physically prepared to do this tomorrow morning, starting at 7 am.
Now a few adjustments has been taking into account to prevent what happend last time...
after having wounds under my feet that are still not fully healed since last month and that it might not be that smart wearing the 25 kgs in my backpack....since it broke shortly after the walk.
So I will be wearing 15 kgs in my old one and have a 10 kg chest piece strapped on to still reach the amount that I am suppose to walk in. Now, my type of training has been different from last month, new weights, new exercises and so on. So it's going to be fun to see if it actually has improved or if it's back to fundamentals once again.
I also want to thank you all for the support and advices that you've been giving me, big thanks to Iron Works and all of you that's been there. I hope to see you all tomorrow sometime during the time that I'm walking..don't be angry at me if I don't feel like chatting for more then a few sec since it's kind of painful to walk those hours!
Anyway, I will see you guys at Saturday, keeping you updated about how it all went and if any adjustments will be made for next time.
