Hey guys!
So it's October now and a new month means a new 454 (and you for you people that don't know what that is, the feel free to check out my past post which is ''Personal best! Four Fives & Four!''), sadly however my leg kind of ..ehm..broke, yeah broke, might be a good way to put it.
Anyway, the front left side of my knee just started hurting this morning when I woke up. I've been feeling some kind of pain throughout my walks and biking but I did not think that it was anything bad since it kind of stop hurting by the time I got in to the half of the practice.
What concerns me now is that if I will be able to do my next 5 hours walk which will be due the 11th of Ofc, if the pain keep spreading through my leg..good thing I got 2 legs then, I'll be jumping through thos hours like they were nothing!
So depending on how fast that I will recover will determine the speed and incline, I will still walk, I just hope that I can stand up for the statment that I made.
Anyway, Samule is on his way - skipping leg day today, which I suprisingly feel quit sad about since I was looking forward to see how much that I've improved - tho for what feels like a big mental failure I am not going to do my walk today..I guess my body won this round, but I will win the war!
I will let you all know what's going on and I would be very thankful for any kind of advice in how to lower the pain and help me to a quick recovery. Follow me as well to get the updates about the 5 hours walk, Olympus and what not! Big thanks to everything who supported me during last month and I hope that I'll hear from you guys again this month!
