Take the good with the bad!

Hey you all!

So, it finally happend! My foot broke down, and since I am going to do a trekking rout up a mountain that lasts for about 7 hours you might believe me when I am telling you that it is crucial that I get back in training as soon as possible.

It happend when I was running on the treadmill 2 days ago, Saturday night, you know... for anyone who aiint that good with the days of the week.

And it hurts as soon as I put pressure on it, tho, it only hurts on the right side of my right foot. So I would assume that I've just been running and walking on my right side of the foot instead of putting my weight all over my foot (I know, geniouse, right?)!

So that is why I am reaching out to you guys for help!!

But on the plus side, snce it was my B-day a few days ago, my awesome parents got me kind of like chest armory thingie which weights about 30kilos! (You can read more about it in my earlier post ''Feeling great! Updates!), which is pretty ironic since I do not feel that well at the moment. This will be an awesome addition for my workout since I have yet to buy a proper backpack for my walking. Anyway, that backpack will be arriving sometime during this week, and it would suck if I would have to postpone my first walk with it due to my foot.

I did however still try to walk on it, as usual I don't wat to sit home waiting for it to heal. So this morning I want down to meet Samuel outside the gym to start walking. But as soon as I stepped out of the car it started to hurt, and the pain only improved as we walked and I decided to drive back home - I know..excuses not to walk. I am pretty disapointed at myself as well. So if you can find it in your heart to forgive me, please, help me get well! And I promise to make it up for the lost time - and ofc this wont keep me from doing my weight lifting later today..or any day for that matters!

Oh hell to the NO! I am still doing that!

Anyway guys, don't be like me! Don't have some lame ass excuse like your foot hurt, and if it really hurts that much, do something else just keep working towards your goal! Don't let a day go to waste!

I also want to say I big thanks to the crew down at Iron Works for lending me the chest piece to use until I get my own! Long time since I've seen as kindness and support - go check them out at their homepage! https://www.facebook.com/groups/330488453638498/

Work Hard!
